Here you get our 3 steps to healthy teeth:
1. Floss
You should always start your dental care routine by flossing. Daily use of dental floss cleans between the teeth, even areas where the toothbrush does not reach. If you floss before brushing your teeth, you will remove food debris and plaque between your teeth and brush it off afterwards. In addition, the fluorine adheres better to clean tooth surfaces. You should find the dental floss that fits the gaps between your teeth. Jordan has different dental floss in different thickness and structure.
2. Brush
Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste twice a day, morning and evening. You should spend plenty of time on each tooth and make a system that ensures that you remember to brush all surfaces. A good brushing routine should last about 2 minutes. You should find the toothbrush and toothpaste that suites your needs and preferences.
3. Rinse
After flossing and brushing, we recommend that you finish by rinsing with a fluoride mouthwash. Many people rinse their mouths with water after brushing their teeth washing away the fluoride protection that the toothpaste provides. If you rinse your mouth with mouthwash that contains fluoride, you preserve the fluoride protection and ensure long-term fresh breath. You should avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, as you will want to avoid irritation and dehydration of the mucous membranes in the mouth.
